Practice Update
Beginning in late October 2026, I am practicing at InSight Recovery & Wellness in Franklin, Tennessee. I am accepting new patients for medication management and psychotherapy.
In-person visits are available in Franklin, Tennessee.
Telemedicine visits are available for patients located in Tennessee or Illinois.

Payment
Currently, visits with me are private pay and are not billed to insurance, including TennCare/Illinois Medicaid.
Scheduling an Appointment
You are welcome to refer yourself; a referral from another provider is not required. Submit the referral form below, and a staff member will contact you to schedule.
When the form prompts for your reason for care, please include my name.
